Transportation

1. Does the public transportation system provide full mobility for the people? (rail, subway, and buses)

2. Is there adequate mobility for the transport of goods and services? (rail and roads)

3. Is there a developed seaport and airport compatible with the size of the city?

Recreation

14. Are there enough parks, forests, and playgrounds in the city based on the population of the city?

15. Are there an adequate number of recreation areas including: sports stadium, zoo, and marina?

16. Are there an adequate number of special attractions in the city? (This does not include landmarks)
